Multi-day events need variety or people stop eating. We rotate across categories rather than repeating one format: boxed sandwiches one day, burrito boxes the next, a pasta and salad spread for the day people want a real meal.

Per-person pricing makes budgeting straightforward. Boxed lunches run $11.95 to $14.45, breakfast $9.95 to $19.95 depending on format, and the CG Taco Bar is $24.95 per person.

Large Events

We cater from 10 guests to 300 or more. Anything over 75 people gets a custom menu build and a quote rather than a standard package, because at that size the right answer depends on your room, your timing and your service style.

Station formats scale well: Taco Bar and CG Burger Bar both start at $299.99 and are built to move a line.

Hotel and Off-Site Meetings

For smaller off-site meetings in Anaheim hotels, boxed formats avoid needing service staff or a setup window. Individually packed, labeled, hand them out and get back to the agenda.
