Our Story

Welcome to California Grill

California Grill opened its doors in 1996 at 6751 Painter Ave in Whittier, and three decades later we're still serving the same San Francisco Burger that put us on the map. What started as a neighborhood breakfast spot grew into a full-day kitchen that regulars build their week around, from the early risers our servers know by name to the Friday night crowd catching the fight at the bar. Open daily at 8AM for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in one easy stop, our space is casual, welcoming, and made for everyone. This is home, whether you're settling in for dine-in comfort or relaxing outside on our patio.
