Most breakfast catering comes from companies that cook breakfast only when someone orders it. We cook it every single morning, starting at 8am, for a dining room full of regulars who would tell us immediately if it slipped.
That is the whole difference, and it shows up in two places: how it tastes, and how fast we can say yes.
What Breakfast Catering Costs
Per person, no quote required.
- Continental Breakfast, $9.95 per person. The budget option. Good for meetings where breakfast is a courtesy rather than the point.
- Breakfast Burrito Box, $11.95 per person. Individually boxed, travels well, holds heat. The workhorse for early shifts and crews.
- Cali Grill Breakfast, $15.95 per person. The full spread. This is what most offices order when breakfast is the event.
- Omelette Bar, $19.95 per person. Made to order on site with our staff running it. For anything where you want people to remember the food.
Add coffee and hot tea at $2.25 per person, a beverage station at $3.95 per person, or gallons of orange juice at $19.95.
Delivery minimum is $250. Pickup at 6751 Painter Ave has no minimum at all, which matters if you are feeding eight people and every other caterer has told you no.
How Far Ahead You Actually Need to Order
Most caterers want 48 to 72 hours. We often do not.
Breakfast burritos, egg dishes, fruit and pastries are things our kitchen is already making early every morning. When a meeting gets added late or a client flight moves up, call and ask. The honest answer depends on the size and the day, but short notice is frequently fine, and that is not a claim a dedicated catering company can make.
Larger full-service events with staff on site need more runway. Call and we will tell you straight.
Boxed or Served
Boxed is right when the meeting has a hard start. Individually packed, labeled with names and dietary notes, handed out in two minutes, no serving line eating fifteen minutes of your agenda.
Served is right when breakfast is the event. Our staff comes with setup and serving equipment, runs the Omelette Bar, and clears when it is done. Most of our larger catering is this, not drop-off.
Who Orders Breakfast From Us
City offices, school districts, medical practices, universities, unions, nonprofits, and construction and logistics crews across Los Angeles County and Orange County.
The common thread is people feeding other people early, on a schedule, where late is not an option.
The Problem Nobody Mentions
If you cater breakfast for the same team more than a few times, you run into it: people stop caring. The fourth identical pastry tray is just furniture.
We cook California cuisine across breakfast, lunch and dinner. American, Mexican, Mediterranean, seafood. So a recurring account can rotate. Breakfast burritos one month, a Continental spread the next, an Omelette Bar when it matters, then a full Cali Grill Breakfast. Same budget, different morning.
A single-concept caterer cannot do that. It is not a failure on their part, it is just the shape of their kitchen.
Dietary Needs
Vegetarian options exist across the board, including the Vegetarian Burrito Box at $11.25 per person. Tell us restrictions with your headcount and we build around them rather than leaving one person with a fruit cup.

From our Whittier kitchen across Los Angeles County and Orange County. Whittier, Santa Fe Springs, La Mirada, Cerritos, Buena Park, Fullerton, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach and Fountain Valley are all regular runs.
