This one eats like something off a coastal menu. The ahi is seared quickly so the edges get color while the center stays ruby rare, then sliced over crisp greens, crunchy signature slaw, and fresh sprouts. The wasabi sauce brings a gentle kick and the toasted sesame vinaigrette ties it all together.

It is fresh, light, and packed with protein, which makes it a favorite lunch on the patio and a smart dinner when you want flavor without the heavy finish. One of the standout salads at California Grill & Bar in Whittier, available daily for dine in, pickup, and delivery.
