These ribs get real hickory smoke and a generous baste of tangy BBQ sauce, cooked until the meat pulls clean off the bone. Sweet, smoky, sticky in all the right ways, they are the reason extra napkins exist.

The half rack with two sides and garlic bread makes a serious dinner; pair it with fries and coleslaw for the full backyard BBQ experience without firing up your own smoker. A favorite at the bar on game nights and a takeout order that makes the whole car smell incredible on the way home. Served daily at California Grill & Bar in Whittier for dine in, pickup, and delivery.
