Our Fish and Chips starts with flaky Icelandic cod, fried until the outside crackles and the inside stays tender, then hit with malt vinegar the way a proper fish fry should be. It is a pub classic done right in the middle of Whittier.

Choose two sides to round out the plate. Fries are the traditional move, but coleslaw, fresh vegetables, or a dinner salad all pull their weight, and warm garlic bread comes along for the ride.
