Our delicious Chicken Marsala served on a bed of bowtie noodles with our creamy mushroom Marsala sauce.

Tender chicken breast is sauteed and simmered in a rich Marsala wine sauce loaded with mushrooms, then served over bowtie pasta so every noodle catches the sauce. It is the kind of old-school comfort dish that never leaves the menu because our guests will not let it.

The Marsala sauce is made in our kitchen, cooked down until the wine turns sweet and savory and the mushrooms soak up all that flavor.
